| # of Efficiencies | The number of units that are "efficiency" or "studio" style units. |
| 1 Bedrooms # | The number of units that are one-bedroom units. |
| 1 Bedrooms Vacant Y/N | Are any of the one-bedroom units vacant? |
| 1 Bedrooms Leased Y/N | Are any of the one-bedroom units leased? |
