Land Fields

Indicate if the gas & oil rights are included, reserved, mixed, and if they're leased or not.

Select the improvements included with the land. A "fenced agreement" is an agreement that isolates specific terms, funds, or rights from a larger contract or negotiation so they remain protected or unaffected by the broader deal.

Corner: The lot is located on the corner of an intersection.

Cul-de-Sac: The lot is located on a street that is closed on one end in a circular shape. Cul-de-sac translated literally from French is "the bottom of the bag," which helps explain the circular shape.

Interior: An interior lot faces a street on only one side.

Lakefront: The lot is located on the waterfront of a lake. (Not for lots nearby a lake that are not waterfront.)

Adjacent to Golf Course: The lot is directly adjacent to a golf course.

Level: The lot is level or flat.

Rolling: The slope of the property varies in a rolling or wavy fashion.

Partially Wooded: The lot is partially wooded.

Heavily Wooded: The lot is heavily wooded.

Cleared: The lot has been cleared.

Choose the type of Road frontage. i.e. Interstae frontage, No Road Frontage, etc. The road frontage of the property is an important factor in determining value of the property and it’s appropriateness for intended use.

Pick from the list the type of Road used to access the property. The surface of the road(s) for access to the property is an important factor in determining value of the property and it’s appropriateness for intended use.

Choose the appropriate option(s) for the current/intended use of the land.

A list of structures other than the main dwelling. For example, Barn, Shed, etc. Choose all that apply.

A list of typs of fencing found at the property being sold. Choose all that apply.

This field indicates if there are crops currently growing on the property and, if so, who owns them - the seller or a tenant.

A list of the utilities for the property being sold/leased. Choose all appropriate options. These lookups are self-explanitory, but you can review the definitons at https://dd.reso.org/DD1.7/Property/Utilities/.

Choose all types of surface water included with the land for sale.

The main difference between a lake and a pond is depth and sunlight penetration. In a pond, water is shallow enough for sunlight to reach the bottom, allowing aquatic plants to grow throughout.

A watershed lake is where all surface water (like rainfall and snowmelt) and groundwater drains downhill into a common lake. Defined by natural topography like hills and ridges, everything that happens on this land directly impacts the lake's water quality.
