Sunflower MLS Home Sales Fell in July

Total home sales in the Sunflower Multiple Listing Service fell last month to 324 units, compared to 353 units in July 2025. Total sales volume was $81.6 million, down from a year earlier. The median sale price in July was $224,400, up from $210,750 a year earlier. Homes that sold in July were typically on the market for 6 days and sold for 100.0% of their list prices.

Sunflower MLS Active Listings Up at the End of July

The total number of active listings in the Sunflower Multiple Listing Service at the end of July was 615 units, up
from 515 at the same point in 2025. This represents a 2.0 months' supply of homes available for sale. The median list price of homes on the market at the end of July was $253,000. During July, a total of 299 contracts were written, down from 383 in July 2025. At the end of the month, there were 318 contracts still pending.
