Sunflower MLS Home Sales Rose in June

Total home sales in the Sunflower Multiple Listing Service rose by 6.2% last month to 414 units, compared to 90 units in June 2025. Total sales volume was $110.3 million, up 13.6% from a year earlier. The median sale price in June was $229,501, up from $225,000 a year earlier. Homes that sold in June were typically on the market for 6 days and sold for 100.0% of their list prices.

Sunflower MLS Active Listings Up at the End of June

The total number of active listings in the Sunflower Multiple Listing Service at the end of June was 537 units, up from 484 at the same point in 2025. This represents a 1.8 months' supply of homes available for sale. The median list price of homes on the market at the end of June was $255,900. During June, a total of 296 contracts were written, down from 342 in June 2025. At the end of the month, there were 333 contracts still pending.
