Cyber criminals are contacting buyers pretenting to be lenders or title company and giving buyers instructions to wire money to the hackers' account. Email scams can be very sophisticated. Phone scammers may provide specific information about the transaction. Always independently confirm wiring instructions in person or via a telephone call that you initiate.
