Membership Application Process
- Send your Paragon Academy Certificate of Completion to denise@sunflowerrealtors.com.
- All members who will access the Sunflower MLS, including agents who are also joining the Sunflower Association, must first complete the Paragon Academy class in the ICE/Black Knight MLS Academy before proceeding. (Click the yellow button below for instructions.)
- After SAR receives your certificate of completion, you'll receive a link to the membership application.
- Staff will process your application and create an invoice for association dues and/or MLS fees.
- Once payment is received, you'll receive your MLS access information.
- New members are required to take additional classes after they complete initial onboarding. Visit https://www.sunflowerrealtors.com/required-courses-for-new-members/ to learn more.
If you're interested in joining the association but not the MLS, please contact the office for a membership application.
Sunflower MLS Membership
Sunflower Association members and members in good standing with another REALTOR® association may subscribe to the Sunflower Multiple Listing Service.
For REALTORS® who are not Sunflower Association members:
- Your broker must be a participant before you can become a subscriber.
- You will need to submit a Letter of Good Standing from your primary association. (It must have a date on it.)
- You will be granted access to the Sunflower Association library of forms.
- You will be required to attend training regarding MLS usage, MLS rules, and the SAR residential contract.
- You will be charged the one-time SAR initial fee.
What's the difference between joining the Sunflower MLS and joining the Sunflower Association?
Association membership and MLS membership are separate. While Sunflower MLS members are required to be REALTORS®, they're not required to be members of SAR specifically.
MLS membership provides access to the database and cooperation with other MLS members.
Association membership provides resources, education, advocacy, networking events, and more.
