Sunflower MLS Home Sales Fell in June

Total home sales in the Sunflower Multiple Listing Service fell last month to 352 units, compared to 365 units in July 2024. Total sales volume was $84.2 million, down 5.7% from a year earlier. The median sale price in July was $210,375, down from $220,000 a year earlier. Homes that sold in July were typically on the market for 5 days and sold for 100.0% of their list prices.

Sunflower MLS Active Listings Up at end of July

The total number of active listings in the Sunflower Multiple Listing service at the end of July was 515 units, up from 413 at the same point in 2024. This represents a 1.7 months' supply of homes available for sale. The median list price of homes on the market at the end of June was $250,000. During July, a total of 358 contracts were written, up from 330 in July 2024. At the end of the month, there were 383 contracts still pending.
