Coldwell Banker Emporia Real Estate Realtor Jamie Sauder made his voice heard when he spoke before the state legislature Monday about something that could possibly real estate developers.
He addressed the Kansas House of Representatives’ committee on Commerce, Labor and Economic Development about an amendment to a bill that will allow more time for developers to get payback on the Rural Housing Incentive District.
The bill he addressed the committee about allows developers 15 years. Sauder said he would like to see this increased to 25 years. read more
